Eclipse is a band that is 35 years in the making. From a transplanted Texan, Jim Long, given guitar at 16 with a passion for music and an outside the box mentality, spurred a Rock and Roll band. After a great pairing between brothers, Jim and his younger brother David, some great music was started. Then, as fate would have it, the band broke up.
After a hiatus of many years, the band reformed
with a powerful female voice in front of them, Kathy "Eclipse" Long. Kathy and the addition of power house guitarist Pat Sullivan and Ed Pryor on drums. make this a complete ensemble The sound has really rounded out and the band is stronger than ever.
With a thrilling original song list and incredibly accurate cover material. Eclipse is back on the scene in a large way. Entertaining fans with incredible rhythms and dominating vocals. A great mix of the The 80's sound mixed with the influences of today.
