> Howdy, My name is Eddie Baytos . I play World Music Zydeco style with my accordion! I play Soka, Zouk, African, Blues, Country, Celtic, Zydeco, Latin, and New Orleans Funk! I sing and play B-3, piano, accordion and tap dance and play washboard! I have extensive credits which you can view at www.eddiebaytos.com I am putting a band together there so I will be coming myself.
I just finished working on the new Annie Lenoxx CD with Glen Ballard producing and Kid Ramos CD at my studio and have recorded with the likes of RL Burnside, Bob Dylan, John Mayer, Ceasar Rosas(Los Lobos), Phil Alvin, Zigaboo Modeliste and Leo Nocentelli(from the Meters) Charlie Musslewhite, Percy Sledge, Jerry Lee Lewis, George Jones, CC Adcock, and Steve Riley and the Mamou Playboys, Carlos Guitarlos, Joe Higgs, to name a few. I was also on tour with Ricky Nelson back in the day and Keb Mo', Lee Allen, Lee Dorsey, Ernie-K-Doe, Irma Thomas, Johnny Adams, JJ Cale, Tony Joe White, Lazy Lester, Lester Butler, Elvis's old band- DJ Fontana, James Burton, Scotty Moore, &Taj Mahal, Lynwood Slim, James Harmon, Johnny Meeks from Gene Vincent and the Blue Caps fame and many many more! I produce records at my studio and have my own CD's out! I also was the house band for the Ellen DeGenerss show for Mardi-Gras on NBC last year(on my web-site at www.eddiebaytos.com click on the "Scoop"!
I am looking to tour and play some festivals and clubs over there. I also have musicians already over there or I'm open to collaborate with new musicians and material so I can come by myself and work with any type of budget!
