With an eclectic sound that incorporates their pasts in Crowded House, Spilt Enz and The Makers; Eddie Rayner and Brian Baker are back offering what they do best! With an excellent blend of guitar and keyboards, Eddie and Brian will showcase pop music for music lovers and share their passion for music - upclose and personal.

Eddie and Brian have worked together on many projects over the last few decades. They wrote and recorded the score for the movie "Rikki and Pete". This led on to them creating the duo “The Makers” which was very successful for them both, securing a recording deal with Warner Records and releasing 2 full length CDs, a brace of singles and videos and touring Australia and New Zealand extensively.

They have worked together extensively over the years with Eddie featuring on Brian's solo recordings and Brian's songs showing up on Eddies CDs. While there have been some breaks, they've never really stopped writing together. This shows in the quality of their music, the interaction with each other and the blending of the instruments to create a sound that is truly unique.

Eddie Rayner is a New Zealand musician who has played in bands such as Split Enz, Space Waltz, Crowded House, and The Makers. He was of course, responsible for the magnificent “EnzSo” a symphonic take on classic Split Enz songs and was Musical Director for New Zealand Idol.

Brian Baker is a singer/songwriter that was the other half of The Makers, he lives in the Dandenong Ranges east of Melbourne, Australia. He has continued to develop his formidable songwriting skills, and his latest CD, “Hard Light” features Eddies keyboards, recorded at Neil Finns Roundhead studios in Auckland. He also composes music for documentaries and advertising.

Together they perform their brilliant new songs, some of the great songs they wrote as the Makers, some of Brian's solo work that Eddie has contributed too and a few early Split Enz classics.
