Edenschild

Edenschild, born KaRhonda Jewell Brown, began singing very early in her local church with opportunities to lead as early as five or six years of age. Though she started singing in church, the first form of music she studied and loved was classical, playing in school orchestras, something that has truly shaped her music now. In addition, her influences were Jazz, Hip Hop, R&B and most recently Rock. All of these creative influences have helped shape the singer/songwriter/producer/actor. Her mission is to bridge the gap racially, socially and economically through music. Writing exclusively since 2000 after praying and seeking direction before going to college, she's taken the time over the last few years to mature as a woman and in her craft. Fast forward eight years and finally at the prompting of family and friends she knew that it was time for the world to hear the ministry that has been brewing over the last nine years. Currently in the studio, Edenschild is recording her first solo project called "Once Upon A Time...," which is a fusion Jazz, Hip Hop, Soul, Rock & Gospel.
