Lyrics

Here

Written By: Eden's Lie

We take on so much and neglect all the ones that mean the most
Pushing away what we should do today for another day
I took for granted you’d always be there
How I was wrong
Now it’s time to be strong it’s taking so long
I loose my place

I wish you could sit here
And see where I’ve been thru my life
You’ll always be here
Alive in my spirit, my mind and my soul

Now that your gone I remain as one
Your far from here but I feel you now
Wish you we’re here to see what I have done
But your not there
I carry this on cause I know you’d be proud
I know you’d be there if you could you would

It takes time to heal it’s best to move on at your own pace
Let the dust settle in as you rebuild within and come to terms
Fall on your back from the hole that your in
Then fill it in
Facing the day with the courage to say
I will get through

Landslide

Written By: Eden's Lie

I look to you for inspiration
You look around me for an easy way out
It’s not that simple but it’s not impossible
Still you keep pushing me away

And I want you to see what I can be
But you run like a landslide from me

I’ll never know the way you really feel
You barricade your thoughts so I can’t see
Give me a chance to show you who I am
Before you turn and walk away

And I want you to see what I can be
You can’t take what’s mine
But you run like a landslide from me

It’s everything you want to say

Ricochet

Written By: Eden's Lie

Looking for a place to call my own
I look underneath and in between
I move on as faith rebuilds within
You haven’t seen the last of me this time

That’s why I wonder who you think you are
You’ve damaged this beyond repair
I place the blame on you
I contemplate the consequence inside
Trying to make sense of what’s denied
Up and down I can’t reform this stride
All I know is I will see this thru

That’s why I can’t understand why you’re here
You’ve torn this beyond repair
It all comes back someday

Say that you will
Say that you won’t
Don’t really care if you do or you don’t
You can’t turn back the hands of time

Say that it’s true
Say it ain’t so
Don’t think I don’t cause I already know
You’ll get yours someday

Say that you will
Say that you won’t
Don’t really care if you do or you don’t
You can’t turn back the hands of time
It all comes back to you

That’s why I wonder who you think you are
You’ve damaged this beyond repair
It all comes back to you
