Eleven Fingered Charlie

Eleven Fingered Charlie was formed in 2001 after Travis Damron and Chad Manes were introduced and began to explore mutual music interests. Reggae's steady rhythms, heavy bass, and social conscious strongly influenced the band.

Eventually, public demand pushed the reluctant duo on stage where they experimented with a few drummers over the next couple of years.

Dustin Hall came into the picture in 2004 with a deep background in metal and fusion drumming. An unlikely match, the trio found chemistry as Dustin provided key new elements of technicality and precision to the already upbeat vibe.

The final corner stone of the group's foundation arrived in the summer of 2005. Rodney Howell joined EFC and brought with him the necessary jazz elements to smooth the music's edges while providing powerful melodies.

EFC's new sound successfully separated them from any specific genre or label and the expansion of their grassroots fan base provided the validation that their music is greatly appreciated.
