"E-HOS & PATRICK DONOVAN – FOR TONIGHT (MUSIC VIDEO)"

"I just got introduced to these two. At first glance, you would think the pairing of the two is an odd combo but it works. I am definitely looking forward to hearing more from them. “For Tonight” is the first single off their upcoming EP coming early 2012." - Freshnewtracks.com

"Patrick Donovan & E-Hos- Let It Go"

"There's just something about this track that I can't shake, its literally been on repeat since I first heard it. This is the first collaboration for E-Hos, a senior at St. Joesph's University in Philly and Patrick Donovan, a freshman, but I certainly hope that this not the last one for them. - DML.fm

"E-Hos & Patrick Donovan – Let It Go"

"Shout out to the collaborative effort from Saint Joseph's! A senior and rapper, E-Hos, joins a freshman and singer, Patrick Donovan, to create a catchy and well-produced track with a combo of R&B/pop and hip-hop. The song centers on when the right time is to end a relationship." - Goodmusicallday.com

Bio

E-Hos started his music career in Philadelphia; from where he has blossomed from writing raps for his elementary school class into a developed rapper and performer that has attracted many around the area. Patrick Donovan started his music career in Maryland; being in a band that has also attracted many.

Sometime in October, Pat had met E-Hos during an open mic competition. They had talked for a little and had exchanged their Twitters, but it was not much more than to show their support for local artists such as themselves. Then, on a school night sometime in late January, Patrick's roommate, Mike Yap, who was an aspiring producer was making beats in the one corner of their dorm room while Pat was working on some homework. He had heard what Mike was making and decided to jam out on his guitar. Then at some point in the evening, it was decided that they wanted to collaborate to make a song together, which would come to be known as “Let It Go.” After gaining some ground on the production process, they decided that they wanted a rapper to feature on the song. It didn’t take long for them to decide that E-Hos would be the one. Pat immediately tweeted E-Hos, eventually receiving a reply that he would love to collaborate. During the next several months, the trio, along with the help of several friends, Ben Lackey and Andrew Jaromin, produced, recorded and video-taped the entire song in their dorm room. They finally released the song in late March, receiving a huge response. In just that one night, they had over one thousand views on YouTube, which put them way past their expectations of five hundred views for one week. It was featured on numerous music blogs such as GoodMusicAllDay.com and DML.fm and has also been played on several radio stations such as Wired 96.5 in Philadelphia, WQLV 98.9 in Central PA, as well as several in Sydney, Australia.

Later that year, they released another single, For Tonight, which became another hit. It was featured on numerous blogs, both large and small. With this success, they decided to record an EP, which was released on the one year anniversary since the debut of "Let It Go."
