Raised in the dangerous streets of Far Rockaway, NY where many don't make it out. E&J comes from a small family of just him, his mother and 2 sisters. Growing up E&J used his writing skills and love for music to escape the harsh realities of Far Rockaway mentally before he could physically leave. Now residing in an equally dangerous part of Charlotte (Trap City), NC E&J is building up his buzz directly from the streets of NC. The front runner for Black Millionaire Music Group E&J runs his own indie label and guides his own musical career. Inspired by Nas, Jay-Z and Lupe Fiasco E&J's up north swagger combined with his southern trap experiences makes E&J relative on many people on many levels. For E&J failure is not an option, success is a must and his grind proves he is more than ready for success.
