Feeling a bit camera shy

Mike Quoma (Guitar, keys, bass, operator of recalcitrant machinery) studied Mathematics at Albany State University and perfected a comic strip method now dismissed as 'freshly shaded, but adroit.' Domenic Maltempi (Vocals, fuss pot) attended the same university, and in halcyon days of mid 1990's lo-fi mania, began playing various impromptu performances from 16 hour laundry mats, to prominent venues in the Capital region. Upon returning from the west coast with further elaborations of their on the spot aesthetic of just pushing enough music into easy breathing songs, they formed Rickets Von Wolfegg and own label, Win on Diagonals. . RVW showed that the duo, accompanied by a few itinerant musicians, including the trampoline drummer (Rock Chest,) were capable of sustaining interest regardless of the genre hooping they were willing to jump through. With the added bonus of Will Olsen, Dan Glasser and other key players, Dom and Mike rechristened the band EL ALTO in 2003, and are in the last stages of producing a bona fide killer album that shows them storming, and supinely glazing a coating of music that is sure to protect you against all catastrophic conditions until Rock Chest finds out where you live.
