AN EXPERIENCE MARKED WITH RHYTHMS.
From the age of 10 years, El Calife attended class of percussions to the academy. Three years later, he gave his first concerts as a drummer .
Charismatic person with an energetic and spectacular manner of playing, El Calife did more than 600 concerts through Europe, Canada, India and Japan.
At the same time period, he multiplied the live experiences as DJ.
Deeply Mediterranean, and seduced by the mixture of the acoustic percussions and the samples, he created his studio " Villa Don Pepe " and began a work of composition …
EL CALIFE on stage is a powerful mix of electro and arabic music, an unique experience dominated by mediterranean rhythms and vibes.
EL CALIFE’s roots led him to merge his memories from the Middle East with his soul and funk’s favorite songs : a kind of union between BARRY WHITE and the ORCHESTRA OF CAIRO!!!!
