Ele Van Fant is a rock band formed in San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico in late 2013. The musical exploration of the band is centered on finding the harmony between the potencies of the Guitar and Drums, primal rock instruments, by sculpting the rhythm in every interpretation forged with the inward pulsing chords of the rhythm guitar in conjunction with the poetic harshness of the solos and ornaments of the melodic guitar.
The absence of bass guitar allows the band to experiment and fill with playfulness the sonic spectrum.
Ele Van Fant is: David Ticha, rhythm guitar, Julio Torres, melodic guitar, and Pablo Chavarria, drums.
