Electric Church has a wide range of musical facets which define their style. Funky, bluesy, soul-jams are the main vibe that comes through. Started somewhere around 1991, Matthew and Peyote Perryman were the founding members of the band. Now, with current core members Matthew Perryman and Mary Cuchetti, the soul of the band thrives. With the band's ability to feature star players and different rhythm sections, the music continues to be fresh and new. Electric Church has the ability to go from a slow soulful gospel tune to a funky jam making you jump up and down in a matter of moments. Their music
comes from the heart and soul, not just fingers and notes.
