Bio
Electric Current Eccentric Kaos [E.C.E.K.] stands at a crossroads between pure punk fury, funk swagger and progressive madness. At the heart of the Los Angeles duo's sound is an unquenchable desire to change perspectives. Musically, you'll hear it in Kristopher Escajeda's warped guitar and drummer Elena Castro's syncopated stomping. Musical inspirations extend from Nicolas Reyes and Rudimentary Peni to Eddika Organista and JoJo Mayer. They've practically burned through all of the downtown L.A. clubs they've played at, with one residency at The Airliner and a second tour of the Northwest on deck. Fervent crowds have caught them alongside MasterSlave, Aztlan Underground and Hi-Fi Reset. You'll get shocked by how goddamn unique Electric Current Eccentric Kaos are…— Rick Florino, ARTISTDIRECT
