Biography

If Frankenstein author Mary Shelly joined a 1950s girl group and performed at an 80’s dance party, it might have sounded something like Electric Fiction. Incorporating the musical stylings of bygone eras, their songs are peculiar little fairy tales featuring broken-hearted monsters and pill popping motorcycle mamas that leave you sweaty, dancing and eager for more.

Those with heart, back or neck problems and those under 38 inches tall, rock at your own discretion!

Electric Fiction came together in fall of 2005. Led by the dual vocals of Kevin Townley and Hanna Cheek, the band features guitarist Jimmy Dale, bassist Tobi Parks, and drummer Cara Jeiven. Individually, the members of Electric Fiction have acted in major motion pictures with Uma Thurman, toured the country and performed with indie rock luminaries such as Fugazi, The Gossip, The Tiger Lillies and performance artist Murray Hill.
