Bio

The music of Electric Side Dish has been thrilling music lovers for more than a decade. Their performances are greeted with excitement and anticipation by audiences and critics alike. ESD generates a sonic buzz that charges the air and can power an entire venue, taking original rock music to the next level.
Members of ESD have penned over 100 original songs integrating rock, blues, funk, soul, jazz, world and country into their sound. They rotate covers throughout their setlists from artists such as The Allman Brothers, The Grateful Dead, Pink Floyd and The Rolling Stones.
Axmen John Tipton and Phil Dudden provide a double helix of snaking guitar lines with hook-like melodies and memorable lyrics. The rock-steady rhythms of drummer Mike Goletz and percussionist John Bunting, along with the funked-up stylings of bassman "Fleeb" motivate even the heaviest of couch potatoes to roll around the dance floor.
In addition to performing live on National Radio shows ESD's veteran players have performed with artists such as Dave Schools, Polytoxic, John and Bill McKay and Dan Walker. ESD played the Maydaze Festival in 2005 and have opened for acts such as the New Riders of the Purple Sage and Big Brother and the Holding Company.
