Electrofied sanctifies the traditions of blues, gospel, R&B, jazz and rock; bending, cajoling and melding homespun harmonies, a century of groove, and emotions torn from well worn lives. The band was nominated in two categories for the WAMMIES and has received airplay in more than twenty countries.

Electrofied was founded by virtuoso blues-guitarist, Tony Fazio and, legendary drummer/producer, Richard James Burgess and is now powerfully augmented by, soul and gospel inflected blues-singer, Scott Taylor (who had a #1 club hit in the UK) and the rock-solid bass underpinnings of Rob Rusteburg. Their latest album, Bad Case of the Blues, features ten original compositions performed live in Déjà vu studios by these musicians; each in their musical prime venerating the diversity of blues expression. The band is augmented on two tracks with the presence of blues harp legend, Charlie Sayles.
