eleven:eleven Trio

Eleven/Eleven -3 was born on the eleventh day of March 2011.

Knowing every beautiful baby must crawl before it can walk, the trio has been cocooned in the home studio in Bowral, a small town in the Southern Highlands of NSW, working on their inspired original music.

It began with a fortunate fusion. First there’s Fito; he’s a Peruvian born musician originally from the small town of Cusco, nestled under the Andean peaks of Machu Pichu. He and his heritage are steeped in the musical heritage of his forefathers the Incas. Add a strong weave of Latin rhythms and gentle Flamenco filigree to basic rock/pop/ blues and you have compositions, guitar and support vocals than bend across places and ages and minds.

So, here sits Fito and his music when stunning vocalist/lyricist Tania Doria, appears like luck and lightening and then there were two. Tania has always been a singer, but she was just cruising, waiting for the right dynamic to set her free. She journeyed through training as a sound healer, but her passion for writing lyrics that reach right to your soul in their haunting spiritual dimensions took her to more rock /pop terrain. She found her true voice, soul and her musical reason for living when she united with her “ Inca Boy” and his inspired, unique instrumental compositions.

Only recently has a third member entered the equation.Lia, whose experience and musicality as a composer,singer and Pianist has added an extra dimension to the music.

Amazing synchronicity has underscored the evolution of this group and it’s now, after testing their magic and metal in small venues, the obvious time for them to leave the cocoon of the studio, spread their wings and let the greater world in on the buzz and the beauty.
