Elkin are unique. Listen to their songs and on one level you are listening to catchy indie-pop tunes. On another level you are listening to well crafted songs which reveal more and more on every listen. They have had a real influence on a number of young bands, and pride themselves in having a fresh approach to writing music.
As a live outfit, Elkin are extremely experienced and have played a large number of high profile gigs in Scotland. They have supported major label acts on tour and regularly sell out gigs. Elkin have a stage presence unmatched by most unsigned bands and always give their audience a top quality show.
