As she will tell you, her government name is Christine, but everyone knows her as and calls her Ella!
South Alabama born and raised with some Texas roots, Ella is paying homage to her soulful Americana and Red Dirt Country roots in an upcoming project! She is currently working on her very first full band/full length album with the incredible Adam Holt and his studio, Studio 78. Join her mailing list to be kept up to date on everything going on! Always the band nerd and a writer and singer since she could walk, Ella found her niche when she started joining a local rockabilly band to sing a song or two. While she still can't get enough of those rockin' cats, she always finds time to listen and sit in with her other favorites along the coast.
Her voice has been described as a whole lotta soul, with a classic country essence. Reminiscent of the greats that range from Janis Joplin and Etta James to Adele.

Ella is branching out on her own with a new, exciting project! Playing across the Southeast with her guitar and ukulele in tow, you can catch her playing solo acoustic shows as well as with her duo project with guitarist and singer Drew Andrews, Drewella Deville, and her full band Ella and Nobody Special.
Each project offers a different musical experience that keeps audiences on their toes and singing along to their favorite, rarely heard, cover songs as well as to originals by Ella herself.
Ella is gearing up and playing shows anywhere and everywhere to spread the word about her debut album! A true labor of love several years in the making, this project is the product of blood, sweat, and tears meant to bring love and light to the world.
From fun, upbeat twanging tunes and rockin jams that will really get the crowd dancing to power ballads that get into your feels and hold residence there, Ella's songs are sure to stand the test of time.
