ELLE $adity, songstress, femcee, and songwriter, reigns from Kings Mountain, North Carolina and is a multi-talented artist and an unparalleled female rapper who aspires to make headway in today’s industry of very few. “Jay-Z, Kanye, Nicky Minaj, Rihanna, Katy Perry, and Erkyah Badu” she says, when asked who is on her ITunes playlist. “They spark the release of my personal creativity”.
ELLE began writing songs at the early age of 11, and after being introduced to her exclusive producer BowTye in 2007, their mutual desire to pursue music on a global scale provided ELLE with an opportunity to hone her natural talents under his direction. It wasn't until 2011 that she decided to present her talent to the world. ELLE released a trial release of her single "All the Way" and immediately received gratification after it was selected for placement on previous BadBoy artist JadaKiss mixtape. Less than a month later, ELLE was nominated by the National 2011 Underground Music Awards alongside BowTye (together known as SideKick) for Best Rap Duo. In a recent one on one music review, the two were commended for their many artistic abilities including their vocals and musical concepts from Multi-Platinum producer and Universal Records (previously Atlantic Records) A&R, Jeff Blue. It's goes without saying that the trial proved successful. With all of the accolades received, ELLE was finally validated in the path that she had chosen.
ELLE is a confident, unyielding, larger than life personality, while off-stage on the flip side of things, a reserved, much less dominate introvert. Born on June 11th, she refers to herself as a ‘true’ Gemini.
