Elliott McKnight

Emerging from Tallahassee, Florida Elliott McKnight, a 21 year old artist, looks to showcase his innovative views of a young adult following their dream despite all odds. Often compared to prominent artists such as J.Cole, Drake, and Kanye West based on his ability to be a lyrical assassin and brilliant storyteller, EMK seeks to electrify listeners, and give great imagery to his audience. EMK has had a passion for music since a very young age but did not realize those talents until the age of 16. During his freshman year at Howard University, Elliott congregated with who would be the remaining pieces to Fortune & Fame Entertainment, a media group consisting of photographers, videographers, graphic designers, producers, and audio engineers. Greatly influenced by each member, along with the teachings of his father, a notable artist and minister, EMK decided to not only tell the story of the average college student, but the life of a kid growing up and living his dreams. As an ambitious dream chaser, EMK provides his inspiring outlook on life through the debut of his first mixtape “The Beginning” with incredible vibrancy. With the success of "The Beginning," and a series of compelling music videos, Elliott is diligently at work on his second project entitled "Winner Time Cold." Selected as Howard University's “Hottest” MC and "Most Anticipated Artist", Elliott McKnight continues to set the bar amongst his competition and provide good music to his collective fan base. Currently, Elliott is continuing to build his fan base by performing live shows in the Washington, D.C. area. Recently, he has opened for prominent artists such as Dom Kennedy and Fat Trel and will continue to ascend in the D.C. music scene. As Elliott furthers his music career, his ultimate goal is to represent the idea that true faith and belief in yourself can make all of your dreams come true.
