The Elmo Project is an Acousitc/ Alternative Duo. Members Madison & Leah are both 17 years old and have been playing together throughout highschool. Lying on the grass one day after lunch, playing their guitars, they decided to take their music to the next level: and the Elmo Project was born. Their unique and creative style set them apart from other bands as the two of them create meaningful music. Also, it's not that often that you see two girl guitarists in a band that know what their doing- which Madison and Leah seemingly know their instruments. Their influences are KT Tunstall, Radiohead, Nickel Creek, Jack Johnson, and Elliot Smith.
