Feeling a bit camera shy
Bio
Determined to make an impression in 2006, the four members of echo-rock band 'Emergency Broadcast System' have been consumed with song writing and rehearsing. The sound is melody driven and varied in mood; revealing traces of the ambient to the contemporary.
Lesser recognized groups such as Catherine Wheel, Muse, Dinosaur Jr, and Raised By Swans have been influential in the bands' development.
Josh Code (drums) and Dave Wong (bass) sustain the pulse and depth of the System's sound. Fabien Melanson and Chris Girvan add colour and texture with their individual guitar tones. As singer for the band, Melanson's delivery is soulful, honest, and inviting.
The city came alive.
