Bio
Emic is from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. They have their own unique sound. If you had to categorize it, it would be in the Punk/Reggae/Ska genre.
Sam (guitar and vocals) and Nathan (drums) first met in 2006. Realizing that they had a shared appreciation for music they decided to get together to play some tunes to see what they could come up with.
It wasn't long before they started writing their own songs, and decided that they had something they needed to share. After searching high and low for the right person to complete their trio, they found Jesse (bass).
Their energy and ability to entertain audiences of all ages has won them new fans wherever they’ve played. If you want to see a kickass young band, with a fresh original sound, look no further than Emic!
