It is so refreshing to see a girl,... onstage... playing guitar confidently and skillfully. Throw in the amazing vocals,... oh and hey...what?
She is only 15!?
This girl is one to watch...I am captivated by her potential.

Bio
At only 16 years old Emily Andrews and is already keenly aware of her place in the world of music.
Hailing from a talented family in Newfoundland and Labrador, music was as much a part of home life as sibling rivalry. Performing at school functions, musicals, charity events and family gatherings since she was big enough to hold a microphone, she recently placed second in Shamrock Citys 2009 Young Peoples Open Mic. Judges Karen Ennis (Ennis), Shelley Chase (Garrison Hill Entertainment), Jud Hayns (Wintersleep/Mightypop) were taken aback by her versatility on the guitar and powerful vocals.
Be it country, blues, pop, rock or traditional music, Andrews is most at home on stage.
A favourite on Rogers Cable (Newfoundland), Out of the Fog, in January 2008 she was selected to audition for David Foster's Ovation Star Search and chosen as the youngest of 101 contestants throughout Atlantic Canada. She has also hit the stage at The Newfoundland and Labrador Folk Festival in 2009.
Winning a Garrison Guitar at only 13 years old on the most infamous music street (George Street), in Canada meant there was no turning back for Emily.
In August, 2008 she produced her first demo and is currently in preproduction for a debut CD of original material.
