The Full Name's Emily Taneisha Kate Tasker! (Emily Tasker) Ever since the age of 7 Emily has being writting and singing her own songs "half the songs wouldnt even make sense but I just did it for fun because I really liked music and still do. My songs these days make more sense and aren't about random stuff like they use to be '' Emily is now 15, and still in school and still focusing on her music as a future career and something to do in her spare time. ' i also like doing acting aswell as music, me and my best friend did a NIDA course in january, and i loved it, i would do it again if i could! but i still love my music.' When I was 12 I picked up a guitar and fell in love and decided to learn, and I love it and still play to this very day! I have 3 songs that I am about to record (view lyrics in audio section) and I have being working on them for the past year, wih my old teacher Christy. Christy and I have written the music for all three songs, and as now she's not involved in the process anymore I thank her heaps as she has helped me get started and gave me the confidence to that I can keep going. The Music I write is normaly about well.. life situations etc.. that I have been apart of or so on. Last year I Performed One Of my songs 'Missunderstood' infront of a live audience and it was the first time performing 'my own' song/s! I was very nervous but I went up on stage and well tried my best =] (video will be up soon) My Biggest influence is probably 'Brie Larson' her music is just GREAT and she plays guitar (she was half the reason I wanted to learn guitar) and shes a great artist. I Like many forms of music, not a huge fan of country but i'll listen to it. My Music is pop/rock/acoustic / anything! I Hope To put more of my music on here later this year, and continue with it and have fresh new stuff! As soon as i finish my first demo [with tracks as missunderstood, remember, how ugly] i hope to do more songs, and more songs that relate to me now, as those 3 other songs i have been working on for the past year and a half!
