Bio

Very often a successful music career takes decades to develop - learning proper techniques, and honing your craft. But, in some rare and unique instances there are those artists who are exceptional and who take the fast track. Em Ireland was born with a God given talent and has been surrounded by very professional and creative people. Little Miss Ireland is barely 12 years old, and what you will see in her talent will shock you...Success in the making!

Em started performing at the age of five starring in the lead role of the regional theater production of "Annie". Em also performs regularly with the Indiana University Children's Choir. Additionally, at her young age, she has participated in several local, regional, and national talent competitions.

Currently being considered for VH1's Next Child Star, Em is slated to travel to Atlanta this summer to record an original song by famous songwriter Bryan Cox, to shoot a video and prepare for the upcoming show.

Recently Em recorded the radio hit, "We Ride" with upcoming superstar hip hop artist, Camilly

In 2005, Em opened for the incredible Chaka Khan in Gary, IN. Later that year Em met and collaborated with Randy Jones of Up Close and Personal Productions on Em's first original song, "Where I'm From", lyrics and vocals by Em featuring Skandal-The-Ruckus Man. Recently the song was selected to be on the soundtrack for the novel Platinum Dreams, by Jacki Kash and was released in August, 2006. You can check it out at www.kashrules.com under "What's Happenin'."

Em continues to work with producer/songwriter Lance Tolbert of The Order Corp., Los Angeles. Together they wrote and recorded the original song "Dreams."

Em was chosen as the Universal Records (Music2feel4 ) New Artist of the Week and is featured on their page! As well she recently won first place in the annual Bloomington Human Rights Commission's Art & Essay contest with her original song called "When We're All in, We all win."

Em continues to write and record with producer Dave Cocalis of the Bloomington Recording Company to finish her anticipated CD! Keep listening !!!!
