Bio
Emma Grace is a fiery folk/punk singer-songwriter and ukulele musician based in Chicago, IL. Her music is emotional and empowering. Her songs explore her journey through queerness, having a vulnerable heart in the hook up culture, radical self love, and telling cat callers to Fuck Right Off. Her music is backed by her big belty alto voice and fierce strumming on her baritone ukulele, which will leave you feeling breathless and empowered.
She began her music journey three years ago by discovering the open mic scene and performing for bars around the city. Just two years later she hit the ground running and gained connections, started performing for sold out performances like Chicago's body positive comedy show "Strip Joker". Now, she performs almost 3-4 times a week and has a residency at the famous antique speakeasy The Drifter where she performs almost weekly.
Emma Grace released her first EP "Peach Tree" this past May on all listening platforms, which made it's way onto 5 Spotify Playlists, several music blogs, podcasts, and radio shows. She is most passionate about building up community and empowering folks through her powerful lyrics and compositions.
