EMMA Project

BandAlternativeRock

EMMA Project is rage, red lips, rock, rock and high heels - satined rock, programmed beats, distorted guitars and textured sounds. The band's first video was rotating on MTV Latin America during 6 months. This high voltage and coquette proposal is leaving a strong mark on the independent scene.

EMMA Project is satined rock, programmed beats, distorted guitars and textured sounds. The Colombian band’s lead Natalia Bedoya is a strong feminine figure in Bogota’s rock scene. She has presented her music throughout Latin America and in Spain's Madrid and Barcelona. EMMA PROJECT was nominated for “Best Voice of the Year” in Colombia’s “Shock Awards” 2008. In the same year, the band played an impressing concert tour, presenting outstanding performances together with Mexico’s Plastilina Mosh. EMMA PROJECT was featured at the Xbox-Soundtrack event. Along with the Colombian artists Doctor Krapula and The Hall Effect, EMMA PROJECT recorded part of the Rock Band video game’s soundtrack.

“Maldito Beat” (“Cursed Beat”) is Natalia Bedoya’s first release as EMMA PROJECT. The independent album holds ten songs that are the result of her long journey of musical exploration. BIPOLAR ROCK is the unique and original sound she created together with producer Carlos “Toto” Torres.

EMMA POJECT launched its first single “Mi Polaroid” (“My Polaroid”) in 2008. It rotated for six months on MTV Latinamerica’s Top Ten. Now, all eyes are on the new single “5 Segundos” (“5 Seconds”). It is published with a new video and three remixes by US Billboard Dance Awards Nominee KOALA. This high voltage, coquette, risk-taking proposal is leaving a strong mark on the independent scene.
