You may remember eMMber from his last release “No Reason” with ENMOCEAN that was release back in July and is quickly approaching 50,000 streams on Spotify. Mark Martinez is at it again with Maya Manel releasing “Good Life” for their fans.
Mark was born in Chicago and made his way to the west coast several years ago after establishing himself as a prominent DJ in the Chicago nightlife scene. After attending the ICON Collective in LA and debuting his last single with fellow student ENMOCEAN, we can only expect great things coming from eMMber.
There are a lot of deep house patterns throughout this track. The sharp and driving kicks and sub bass joined by smooth vocals will take you into the setting of a pool party in Ibiza. Getting lost in the lyrics can also speak to the authentic songwriting provided by Maya Manel. In essence the song has underlying meanings for the lyrics and has the vibe for a summer pool party just in time for Labor Day Weekend.

Bio
Mark was born and raised in Chicago, the birthplace of House Music. It was there that he fell in love with the underground music scene, and he began DJing at various bars and clubs around town. He brings his roots from the Chicago house scene into all the spaces where he creates sound.
Mark was inspired to journey to LA in 2017 where he attended Icon Collective and his focus became creating and producing. He honed his craft and broke through several genres, while still keeping house music in his blood.
The name eMMber was created out of the idea that an ember is a small piece of fire that is capable of lighting a mountain on fire. This concept defines the eMMber creative process. The spark of the smallest idea can become a wildfire burning through him that he brings to life.
