When Empty Set came together in 2006 as a nameless jam band, they had one thing in mind: they were sick of being in groups that didn't appreciate the music they were playing. From a mediocre set of Green Day covers to terrible experiences with live performances, each member had a horror story to tell from his musical past.
After the first few jams, however, they began to realize that they 'clicked' together really well. From anticipating key changes and tempo changes to being able to create a new song on the spot, they felt there was nothing they couldn't do.
Unfortunately, the band didn't make the shift from the basement to the local music scene until late 2008, prefering to use the band for stress relief and entertainment. However, after attending a series of local concerts, Adam and Jaedon decided that it was high time to share Empty Set with the world.
Empty Set is now touring Ohio and the Midwest, sharing their vision of what music should be with their audiences and fans.
