Bio
emulsion formed in 2001, winter, it started as an improvisation band.
It had about ten members at that time.
Mika-R (ex-Headcase, math-rock band which had tours in the States and the UK), Kariin (played on the stage of John Zone's Cobra in Japan), Shina-g play in this band from the beginning.
2002, Wanko (studies under Naruyoshi Kikuchi from DATE COURSE PENTAGON ROYAL GARDEN, SPANK HAPPY etc) joined the band,
January 2003, The member of band was settled (3 females + 1 male), Then have 3-5 gigs a month constantly.
Plays at events, rave parties of post-rock, electronica, emo, math-rock, ambient, progressive rock, trance, jam band, club jazz.
July 2003, released 1st CD-R (5 songs) from self label named 'repunit'.
June 2004, 2nd CD-R, "Says Here" was released .
They are self-released CD-R, but were picked up for review in several music magazines and web sites.
The US tour to NY was planned in last fall, but it was put off,
because a member had been involved a car accident and had been in hospital.
Played with Salvo Beta (from Chicago), nosfell (from France), Gary Smith (from England), Goth-Trad, Tatsuya Yoshida, Hoppie Kamiyama, Munehiro Narita, Shoji Hano, ex-Girl, MOODMAN, DJ BAKU and so on.
In this year, played as opening act for Mick Turner (from Dirty Three),
Art of Fighting, Because of Ghosts (from Australia).
