Bio
End of December started as a band in 2008 in the small town of Ladysmith, WI. After playing a few shows and writing some songs, they entered Skies Fall Studios in Kenosha, WI to record a 4 song self-titled EP with Ben Kasica (Skillet) at the helm of the project.
After playing shows in support of that EP, the band began to go through line up changes with members shifting their roles in the band. Joshua Barber stepped down from the vocalist position and continued playing guitar. Andrew Baker stepped away from guitar and moved to being the bands lead vocalist. They then acquired Tony Skinner to fill the bass void and added a second guitarist in Brad Spicer.
In 2010, End of December released a 3 song EP titled The Rhythm Your Heart Makes (attached) which was self produced and mixed by Andrew Baker and Ben Miller at the Institute of Production & Recording in Minneapolis, MN. That Summer, EOD also played with bands the likes of RED, Children 18:3, Wavorly, as well as Sonshine Festival. The band also put out a music video for the EP's single titled Words Cannot Express.
Currently, they are hard at work finishing up their first full length studio effort titled The Truth & The Dream. In support of this record, the band plans to hit the road hard.
End of December believes that it is important for them to shine the light of Christ and the love that He has given them through the talents that were given to all of them. They pride themselves on being a band not afraid to speak their minds and give hope to anyone who is in search of a greater something in their life.
