End of December

End of December was born in Ladysmith, WI in 2008. In 2009, they wrote and released a self-titled EP which was produced by Ben Kasica of the Grammy nominated rock band 'Skillet' and recorded at Skies Fall Studios in Kenosha, WI.

They began playing small shows soon after the release of the EP. After going through some member changes, End of December picked up Andrew Baker (at the time guitar) and Brandon Bruyette. They began to book more and more shows playing the midwest region including Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, and Illinois. As they began to move forward they lost another member and added Tony Skinner. At the same time, Andrew Baker stepped away from his guitar role and took over Joshua Barber's role of the lead singer. This left a hole open that was filled when Brad Spicer joined the band in early 2010 on guitar.

All of while these changes were happening, End of December was hard at work recording a new EP entitled 'The Rhythm Your Heart Makes' in Minneapolis, MN at the Institute of Recording and Production. Self-produced by Andrew Baker, the EP was released July 3, 2010.

After the release the band began to play larger shows with bands the likes of RED, Flyleaf, Four Letter Lie, and Wavorly. The band also had the privilege to play SonShine Festival 2010 in Willmar, MN in late mid-July.

Currently, End of December is hard at work as a DIY (Do It Yourself) band and booking all their show independently. They are also writing and recording their first full length album that will be out in late spring 2011. Since then, they have also put out a music video for their song 'Words Cannot Express' in support for their new album.

End of December is a driven and self motivated band who also lives what they speak. They believe that it is their calling to share with everyone the love that God has given us through their music.
