Lyrics

Spilt Milk

Written By: Eoin Mac Ionmhain

I don't want you to cry
Over spilt milk
Please don't this time

Although it seems big now
It'll get smaller
After a while

Like when the bird
Hit the window
Thought he could fly
Right through the glass
And get away

Oh babe, please dry those tears
You don't need them
And they don't need you

Although it seems hard now
It'll get easier
After a while

And when the bombs
Hit the building
I'll hold your hand
I'll hold your hand
And if we fall
And if we fall
And if we fall

We fall

There's no measurement on
The Richter scale
Will make me let go

Although it seems loud now
It'll get quiet
After a while

Like when the bird
Hit the window
Thought he could fly
Right through the glass
Fly right through the glass
And get away
