Far down a long stretch of interstate deep in Michigan, in a town called Romeo...Eos was formed.
Bill, Mike, Arron and Dan all lived in the town and were all lifetime residents. Bill and Arron wanted to start up a band and decided to search for willing participants. From inside connections they found Mike and Dan. They came together, jammed as a new unit and came out with new songs. They decided it was time for a singer and posted an ad in a very popular on-line Detroit band "e-zine". Meanwhile Brian Rains (vocals) was about 89 miles down the highway in a town called Lansing. He was dropping in and out of the local music stores constantly checking the band flyers that were plastered all over the walls for someone who was looking for a singer. Nothing sparked his interest. Then he went online and looked in a Detroit e-zine and found the ad that hooked this five man tandem together. They welded together extremely well. Not long after they found themselves in the studio blasting out an E.P. entitled "City Odyssey". A d.j. on a station called WRIF (Detroits biggest rock station) got a hold of their cd and began to spin it on a local show called (Motor City Riffs). They received very favorable responses from the Detroit public. Eos started landing gigs in awesome national venues in Detroit like: Clutch Cargos, The Emerald Theatre and St. Andrews Hall.
