ePic Versona is the voice of the now. Pic, the founder of the band, hails from the East Bay Area. Raised on a variety of music and inspiration, he has always seeked to speak to the world through his music. Mostly known for his work with group Illadapted, Pic has launched his long anticipated solo career as of 2006 with his mix tape 80's Freak, an 80's based mix tape sharing his diversity, craftsmanship, and overall talent as a voice in music. Through this he has linked up with band Elemenopy - a 2 man wrecking crew who trade off instruments effortlessly throughout their own show and in turn create great meshes of Rock, Hip Hop, and too many genres to list. Also, turntable wiz DJ Lumis, Pic's official DJ, adds the jazz player a la conscious hip hop dynamic to the band. As a whole, you get an experience of well crafted songs that speak directly to the subconscious with a show that is highly improvisational and a feel of what's next for Hip Hop, Rock and everything in between. Think, The Doors and Portishead mixed with a taste of Outkast and early De La Soul. The story is this, there is no story, no myth, it's genuine players and artists with a common bond of making mad, mad music together.
