"EQO – Ananta LP – Progressive Rock Review"

This is one band that could find themselves on the top of a whole bunch of indie music charts and awards ballots. EQO’s sound emits an industrial flare that carries a very matter of fact, no BS tone that totally flies in the face of today’s mainstream cliches. The band combines male and female vocal performances, making EQO unlike the vast majority of coed rock groups who rely heavily on one gender to lead their songs. One listen to “Ananta” and you’ll immediately hear that organic and untamed sound that I’m talking about. - Shaine Freeman

"UTG PREMIERE: EQO – “PERSONA”"

“Persona” is a four-and-a-half-minute rock romp, jam-packed with driving guitar riffs, hypnotizing rhythms and perfectly contrasting, dual male/female vocals. The track brings together the best elements of industrial rock — a la Marilyn Manson — with a punk rock attitude-like delivery. It’s the kind of song that should translate perfectly to a raucously fun live experience. - Brian Lion

"AltSounds Exclusive Premiere: LISTEN | EQO"

“Material,” led by a male-female vocal duo, is a total mash-up of genres — think a burlesque melody with an indie backbone and punk rock delivery. - Chris MUG5 Maguire

"EQO Premieres Provocative New Single AIO"

EQO, a duel male-female fronted band, creates music self-described as "new age progressive." On Ananta,** the band ebbs and flows through numerous genres, creating a totally unique sound both vocally and musically. - Daryn

"Georgia artists welcome spring with new music"

The first single off the album, "Love", has been just like everything else front duo Daisy and Kity have touched- incredibly well received. - Examiner

Bio

Eqo is a high-energy, new age, progressive/alternative act from Atlanta, taking over the world one song at a time. Laced with passion, raw emotion, and outright attitude, their music is smart. Each song takes the listener on a roller coaster ride, from the deepest depth of the soul to the brightest light in the mind, with love which intertwines them both.

Their mission is to transport listeners into a new listening experience with the use of mesmerizing melody, complex song structure, strong presentation, and their message which emphasizes love over fear.

Eqo's tagline is 'Something surreal; something to believe in.' Singers, Daisy Bellis and Kity Faya, say, 'We want to inspire people to dream again. We want them to believe in themselves.' With the way they are able to captivate such a broad demographic, it seems listeners everywhere are welcoming Eqo with open arms.

Eqo independently released their debut album ANANTA, March 17th, and is currently seeking management and booking to help support it.
