Equal Time was born out of the desire to create spontaneous music-- music that is improvised and composed on the spot. Our influences include Pharoah Sanders, The Art Ensemble of Chicago, Radiohead, Henry Threadgill, Yes, John Coltrane, William Parker, and The Beach Boys.
