"The Eramatics Are Teenage Rappers with Classic Hip-Hop Souls"

For this week's Mahal, I met with the super fly trio the Eramatics. TahJmall, Ziiion, and Lexington bonded in middle school over their mutual love for music and being knuckleheads. In between skipping class and staying out late, they discovered their own sound of music and formed their band, the Eramatics. Mixing classic hip-hop style with contemporary poetry, the band has created a unique sound that is sure to blow listeners' minds when they hear the band's forthcoming debut project. This week, I sat down with the boys to discuss the public school system, music videos, and the tunes they will release later this year. - VICE.COM

"ERAMATICS - L.A.B. (Video)"

L.A.B." is the latest single from Brooklyn, NY trio ERAMATICS (which consists of TahJmall, Ziiion, and LEXINGTON). The song is dope and builds off of that boom-bap sound of hip-hop's "Golden Era", but modernizes it to make it still sound fresh. The trio is currently working on their debut project, which is untitled as-of-yet and is set to be released in the second quarter of 2014. - Rap Essence

"Old-School Flair With A New School Groove: The ERAMATICS"

Just three teens with one common dream”. TahJMall, LEXINGTON, and Ziiion make up the ERAMATICS, a hip-hop trio from Brooklyn, NYC on the rise. They each met in middle school and realized that they each had music in common. Years later, they hold a fan base and they have a name that’s buzzing in the underground scene. They take the “golden-era hip-hop” style and mix it with the current new school flow for a sound that’s melodic and catchy. - See more at: - Brooklyn Buzz

"L.A.B. – Eramatics [Video]"

New York is one of those cities that is constantly oozing talent. With collectives of artists springing up left and right, from hip hop cliques to DIY record labels its no wonder this city is such a melting pot for the arts. This new video we are bringing you guys today is from Brooklyn’s Eramatics. It has been a good little while since we have seen a new video from this triple emcee threat so it’s safe to say L.A.B. comes as a breath of fresh air to close out 2013.TahJmall, Ziiion, and LEXINGTON all lend a well stylized verse over this laid back 90s feeling hip hop beat while the video takes you on a little trip of the city these young artists call home. It’s nice to see so many people doing their thing out in NYC so don’t be surprised if you see some more material from these guys over here on The Dankles sooner than later! Until then enjoy this fresh edit for ‘L.A.B.’ as you get over the hump today - The Dankles

"“Winners Or $inners” – ERAMATICS"

Brooklyn natives ERAMATICS drop the dramatic visuals for their dark, hardcore, East-coast styled “Winners Or $inners.” The idea that you’re either a “Winner Or $inner” is the obvious point these young hip hop artists are trying to convey through their words and visual storytelling. Check out the young rising duo as they depict the violent society within the streets they dwell in on “Winners Or $inners.” - Hip Hop Speaks Easy

Straight from the tomb of hip hop better known as Brooklyn, New York, the young unique trio known as Eramatics are rising to be Brooklyn's next big thing. TahJmall, Ziiion, and Lexington are the three teenagers that make up the dope trio. Their style seems to be highly influenced by the early 90s, better known as the "Golden Age" of hip hop. If you was to listen to their latest hits such as Winners or $inners or L.A.B., you can hear the "old school-jazzy-Tribe Called Quest" vibrant impact. They seem to use positive, but some hardcore elements that takes its listeners back in time as far as Who Got Da Props. If focusing on L.A.B. (Lifes a Bitch), it aint hard to tell that these young lyricists know that sampling from the Queensbridge greatest album known as Illmatic is something that will catch the ears of real hip hop enthusiasts. But will they be the new leaders of the Beastcoast? We will see what happens when their next untitled debut project releases in the second quarter of 2014. - Dope-Shish

"ERAMATICS drop ‘L.A.B’ Music Video"

The notorious Brooklyn squad, ERAMATICS have taken an interesting position in the modern rap game. For one, they’re a trio of rappers (TahJmall, Ziiion, and LEXINGTON) as opposed to a collective or duo within a collective, they’re making it all on their own, so I got respect for them right off the bat. Two: although many have attempted to capture the essence of early rap in the modern game, they are able to differentiate themselves by offering different lyrical styles while still remaining true to their own old school sound and feel. The video’s got dice games and carries the traits of a 90′s banger. As of now they’re working on their debut project which is currently untitled and set to release in the second quarter of 2014, but if this video is any indicator, these guys are definitely worth putting on your radar. Peep the video below and shout em’ out on FB here and check out more of their music here - IMWAVEY.COM

"New Release: Video for “Eramatics” by Eramatics"

Made up of TahJmall and Tommy Lex, the young hip hop duo out of Brooklyn, Eramatics, released a new video for their self titled track. These teens are bringing back a little of the old school hip hop flavor mixed in with a bit of the new school feel that I definitely respect.
