Text Carnage For A Free Ticket For His MMW's Royal Rumble Event
The official cancellation of the Ultra Music Festival due to Coronavirus concerns has devastated many ravers, who travel from all over the world to attend one of the most iconic events in electronic music. However, Carnage is telling his fans not to fear – the Heavyweight Records boss has a backup plan for all of the stranded ravers! Carnage is giving out 1,000 tickets to his Heavyweight Royal Rumble showcase at Toe Jam Backlot on March 21st. All you have to do is text Carnage at 702 718 2004 to find out how to register for free tickets – that’s right! Acts of kindness like this demonstrate Carnage’s commitment to putting his fans first and making sure there is no raver left behind! Check out Carnage’s video about the Heavyweight showcase giveaway here (insert link). Hope to see you at the Royal Rumble!

Carnage
Carnage has made a name by breaking the rules and staying true to himself. The Las Vegas-based artist established himself as the reigning champion of hard bass and trap music with early hits, later being one of the first artists to transition electronic music into hip-hop, rap and urban styles. Before launching his label Heavyweight Records in 2017, Carnage put out hit after hit such as “I Like Tuh” with ilovemakonnen, “Bricks” with Migos, “Down for Me” and “Guala” with G-Eazy, “Homie” with Meek Mill and Yung Thug, “Learn How to Watch” with Mac Miller and MadeInTYO and “iShyne” with Lil Pump. Heavyweight Records is a home for hard bass and hip-hop music. Since then, he has gathered a formidable crew of companions on the imprint, from the masked mastermind GRAVEDGR, Gommi, Sludge, Lil Texas, and more. After taking a break from music and touring in 2018 to focus on his mental health, Carnage dove right back into it with his hits “Letting People Go,” and “Wait For Me” with G-Eazy and Wiz Khalifa. In partnership with the RAICES foundation, the music video for “Letting People Go” raised awareness for immigrants at the US / Mexico border and retraced Carnage’s families voyage into America, as covered by TIME and dozens of other outlets. He also contributes his influence and time to this charitable causes close to his heart. Nonetheless, Carnage could not resist producing what he loves the most, bass music, and released “Blitzkrieg,” “Slot Machine,” and “Holy Moly” all within a month. The “Holy Moly” music video was declared a “Bloody Hysterical Short Film” by Billboard.

Kaskade's "Love Like That", 1st Single From Upcoming Redux 004 EP
Kaskade welcomes the return of his iconic Redux tour’s and EP’s fourth edition with the premier track “Love Like That”, featuring singer Dani Poppitt. However, this is much more than just another love song; Kaskade expertly works his magic with after-hours worthy basslines and a haunting piano riff that you won’t be able to forget. Woven together with Poppitt’s sultry, soulful vocal performance, “Love Like That” evokes images of blissful, balmy nights in dark rooms dancing with beautiful strangers – an experience that a ticket to the four-city Redux 004 tour guarantees. Kaskade will touch down in Miami, San Diego, Sante Fe, and Brooklyn between March and May, and it’s no coincidence that the Redux 004 EP has only four tracks, each designed for its own audience. If you’ve been lucky enough to secure a ticket to one of the immediately sold-out shows, be prepared for an experience like no other as Kaskade immerses you in the deep, groovy core of dance music in an exquisitely intimate atmosphere. Read on below to hear about Redux 004 and “Love Like That” in his own words:

Kaskade about Redux:

“Redux started out as an intention for people to experience big sound in a small environment. It’s not an era of music but a prescription of mood. If you’re closing your eyes and your phone hasn’t crossed your mind, you’re doing it right. Stripped down from the sense assault we’ve all become accustomed to, Redux relies on the sound and basic, well-curated lighting to impact its audience. The concept has been able to stretch, breathe and grow, and with every show I learn a little bit more about what it can be. With Redux 004 EP I’ve created an EP that is designed for each city I’m playing. The music should cross boundaries. It’s not an East or West Coast sound, it’s specific to each audience. There will be 4 songs, there are 4 cities on the tour, and the EP will be released in full on 04.04”

Kaskade about “Love Like That”:

“When I was producing “Love Like That” I knew it needed to be more than just another love or love-lost song. It has this piano hook that is meant to work its way into your psyche, and hopefully, people will just be humming it without even knowing what they’re referencing. Lyrically, the song has this ability to be an in or out of love gymnast. It is one of those pieces where you can’t decide if you want to break up with this song or get married to it.”

As a household name in electronic music for nearly two decades, Kaskade needs no introduction. His list of achievements is a mile long: 11 studio albums, 7 GRAMMY nominations, the first solo electronic dance artist to sell out both Navy Pier in Chicago and the Staples Center in Los Angeles, the first DJ to ever secure a Las Vegas residency, and the first electronic artist to headline Coachella. Less tangible but even more important has been his influence on dance music tastes and culture for generations of listeners. Often Kaskade is one of the artists who introduced now-veteran listeners to the genre, and such fans are usually fans for life. In 2019, he worked with multi-award winner Meghan Trainor on “With You” and Gorgon City on “Go Slow,” among solo releases, such as “My Light,” “Come On,” and official remixes for the likes of Alicia Keys, Jennifer Lopez, and Gwen Stefani earlier. Now spearheading the fourth Redux tour, Kaskade continues what has become a nostalgic tradition for many dance music veterans and a cherished experience for new listeners. Stay tuned for more news from Kaskade in 2020.

Nicky Romero Gives His Pop Crossover Single "Stay" A Festival-Ready Mix
Nicky Romero just dropped Festival Mix of his dance-pop crossover single “Stay”, and it’s already making us excited for the upcoming summer season. Romero gives his signature progressive house touch to the track by trading the original’s gentle instrumentals for big room basslines and energetic melodies. The track’s dreamy vocals still give “Stay” an emotive appeal, while the mix’s upbeat vibes get it dressed and ready for the dance floor. The Protocol boss’s upcoming schedule includes his annual performance at Ultra Music Festival in Miami, so you can cross your fingers to hear this one live!

STREAM/DOWNLOAD

After taking the world by storm with early hits such as “Legacy” (with Krewella) and #1 single “I Could Be The One” (with Avicii), Nicky Romero quickly proved that his talent is ever-evolving and here to stay. After launching his Protocol Recordings imprint in 2012, the renowned performer, producer, and label head continued his personal successes with a string of high-profile releases, ranging from collabs with Mike Williams & Amba Shepherd, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, W&W, DallasK & XYLØ and Steve Aoki & Kiiara to remixes for the likes of Kygo, Rita Ora, David Guetta, Steve Aoki, Martin Garrix, Jess Glynne and more. All the while showcasing his label’s roster via his weekly Protocol Radio show, Nicky Romero continues to touch down across the globe for his incredible live performances, including residencies at Las Vegas’ Hakkasan and Omnia and forthcoming shows at GMR Arena in India, Kingsland Festival, EDC Las Vegas, Neversea Festival, Tomorrowland and more. Stay tuned to see what he has up his sleeve next.

Lavender Galaxy Drops Self-Titled Album & It's Worth Listening To
Are you feeling down? The new self-titled album from Lavender Galaxy will instantly lift your mood. This music project belongs to Massachusetts-based producer Eric Remington, who in collaboration with Antonia Fountain, Marvin Fockens, and Nekane, brings an infectious sound. Without a doubt, all these EDM-influenced pop tracks invite listeners to sing along to the varied melodies. Some songs feel more energetic than others, and that’s the case of the upbeat banger, “Livin’ It Up”. This is also one of my favorite jams in the new record due to its great dose of funkiness.

On the other hand, “Here You Are” stands out from the rest by mixing chilling vibes, emotive vocals, and a dubstep-like build. Nevertheless, “Lip Gloss” is particularly significant for Eric as it came out as the 10th year anniversary gift for his wife. Indeed, this tune helped him to overcome creative blocks, which lasted a decade. Nowadays, it seems that exploring new rhythms and betting for a range of styles, is the key to making any project worth listening to.

In conclusion, with over 25 years of experience in the artistic field, Lavender Galaxy shows he is ready to contribute again to the electronic music scene. According to the artist himself, this material is perfect while driving down the street on a summer day with all the windows down. Well, I could not agree more with this idea. Enjoy!

Bio

As long as I can remember,  I have been singing. I sang before I talked.  I'm told I kept time to music in my crib.  Like many vocal artists, I found a channel for my talent through my church choir. I sang my way from home, to church, and through school.  I have always been interested in performing.  In elementary school I was introduced to drama.  At that time, I discovered I had a real flair for theater arts and I wrote and directed my own play.   I was so fascinated with what I had learned that I decided to continue my studies.  At this very early age, I decided to pursue a career on stage with my music.

I extended my opportunities by studying acting for television and film at Stage One Theater.  I have continued my training with private vocal lessons.  Bringing joy and happiness to the world through a professional career in music is my heart's desire.  I was born to Jeff and Tressie Hall in Palo Alto, California.  My mother was a housewife and very supportive of my father, who served in the United States Navy.  He received many awards of honor for his support and courage in the Korean War.

Part of a family of fifteen brothers and sisters, I'm blessed in the midst of confusion I met my soul mate.  Unfortunately, I lost my soul mate March 2007  he was age forty nine years old.  I am, with my friends and family support, beginning to achieve my desire as a career in music.

Over the last few years I have become a member of the Recording Academy of Arts and Science, and Ascap as a publisher and songwriter.  Writing  music lyrics genre include ballads, pop, r&b,  adult contemporary ,uptempo, disco,  and electronic dance music.  Performed with Grammy nominated pianist Ricardo Scales at various clubs venues in the bay area.  Recorded several singles available from Erica Leonard Entertainment on all digital platforms. "My dream is becoming a reality and I thank the world for their interest in my music."
