Bio
Eric began playing guitar at age 10 and writing songs in High School. Songwriters have always been the major influence in his life. From the Beatles, to James Taylor, Chuck Berry, Crosby Stills and Nash, great songwriting stands out regardless of genre. Eric began getting interested in blues around 10 years ago because it seemed to be the best vehicle for his unique songwriting. Having been in band after band since high school, Eric's first solo effort, Cheap Guitars and Expensive Women, contains glimpses of his childhood, and a elements of married life and life on the bayou. Now that he's got a taste for the solo career, the second installment is on the way with songs that make you think and maybe laugh a little too.
