"Our Town Could be Your Life"

------------------------------
After doing over 300 concerts in France, several in Australia and in Hong Kong, Eric John Kaiser traveled over 5,000 miles from his home in Paris, France to move to Portland, Oregon one of America's most dynamic cities.

But after he recorded his debut solo album "L'ODyssée" in Paris last summer, Eric decided he wanted to take a fresh look at the world. So he traveled across the ocean to a town famous for its devoted community of independent artists.

Now happily living in Portland, Eric began pulling together a new band, a trio. Solo or with his band he has played over 100 concerts in the Northwest of the USA : Seattle, Portland (at Dante's, Mississippi Pizza Pub, Portland State University, Reed College), and in the state of Oregon (Bombs Away Café in Corvallis, Mc Menamins Edgefield in Troutdale, Boons Tresory in Salem, Grand Lodge in Forest Grove, Hotel Oregon in Mc Minville). He also performed in front of several hundred people for Bastille Day, on July 14th 2007, in the Pearl District in the heart of Portland.

Eric John Kaiser loves nothing more than to play live music. Eric delivers an energetic live performance reminiscent of the uptempo excitement of Manu Chao, Neil Young, Bob Marley or Xavier Rudd.

And keeping in line with the Homeric title of his solo release, Eric takes his audience on a musical odyssey that travels from rock to hip hop to reggae.

It's a voyage this humble French Troubadour invites everyone to join. Eric John Kaiser will make you feel like he traveled those 5,000 miles to play just for you.

"The Parisian has kept (the) innocent coolness of (his) freshman years which gives him wings to fly away and stay grounded at the same time...far from being conventional, he enjoys writing in French as well as in English."
