An acoustic pop-indie paradox with a healthy dose of charm. Eric-Jon was the lead singer of Parker House and Theory (winner of a Boston Music Award for 'Best Live Act',) briefly took over for the lead singer of RI mainstay Zox, and is a member of BALLS (Boston Area League of Likeable Songwriters.)

Biography

Hello, my name is eric-jon. Born and raised in the teeny tiny towny of Oakville, CT, I left my meager beginnings to study acting in the Big Bad city of Boston. After graduating with a BFA in acting, I did film and theater for two years before throwing it all out the window, and going on tour with my first band.

Five years, four albums, six relationships, and three credit cards later, all four members of my first band are now playing in side projects and other bands. Go figure.

A few years back, I got some critical acclaim from some dude at The Boston Globe as “one of the next generation of acts to watch.” As the lead singer and guitarist of Parker House and Theory, we released four albums and were a Boston mainstay for nearly seven years.

Our national tours included OAR, Robert Randolph and the Family Band, and several shows with The Dropkick Murphys, and Jack’s Mannequin. I graduated with a BFA in Theater from Emerson College, and studied painting at the Massachusetts College of Art.
