Bio
Singer /songwriter, Eric Stepanian began performing in coffee shops in 1999 in his hometown of Simsbury, CT. A self-taught musician he became a local favorite with a solid fan base for his catchy pop-alternative music and lyrics. He formed the first incarnation of his band, Stepanian, in 2001. The college circuit beckoned and Eric began on the path to develop his signature sound.
Making the move to Boston in 2003, playing to club and festival audiences throughout the Northeast and Midwest, he continued honing his musical talents. Showing strong musicianship, writing cohesive and well-crafted pop-oriented tunes, his melodic vocals have produced an impressive body of work to date. Along the way Eric and his band have provided support on national stages to Maroon 5, Jason Mraz, Rusted Root and Howie Day.
A song licensed to ESPN and TV performances on major regional networks in New England- Comcast, NBC; Fox are just some of the noteworthy accomplishments.
