Bio
Eric Wilson started his journey in Austin, TX. Played all over Texas for two years after performing for venues during college and opened for bands such as Bob Schneider, then moved to LA for not-such-greener pastures. Jumped on the stages of Viper Room, The Mint, Knitting Factory, Room 5, and at several other notable venues. Made his way back to Texas, per recommendation from Wind-Up Records to record with The Pipes Bros. (Deep Blue Something) and put together his first full length album. Fast forward thru a few years and Eric has found his band after recording his newest release in 2013, "New Leaf EP." Eric Wilson Band is now playing several shows in Austin, impressing audiences with their unique rock sound. Cross the singer/songwriter style of bands like Death Cab for Cutie with the angst and energy of early 90's rock and you'll be in the wheelhouse of what they deliver on stage. A show you don't want to miss.
