Bio
Erik Neil's Sour Diesel Foundation was founded by Erik Neil in 2012. During 2011 Erik and drummer Ian Werden(The Heap) went into John Keanes Studios and began what would become Erik's first solo record.
The band was put together after the record was finished. Ian Werden will stay on drums and we have recruited Clay Hinson(Matt Joiner Band) to play bass.
Erik's biggest influences? Jimi Hendrix
Ian's biggest influence? John Bonham
Clay's biggest influence? John Entwistle
When playing live we stay loose and go with the flow never knowing where the music will end up taking us. I think this is what makes us a fun band to watch.
