Erik Raleigh & The Rogues

The first thing you notice about Erik on stage is his voice and a presence that is mezmerizing . He brings an energy to his performances that is contagious.

Born in Minneapolis, MN, Erik grew up singing, performing and writing songs. Growing up in a musical family in a musical city helped to nurture and inspire his creativity and gave him the space to take chances.

He began playing guitar in high school and while in
college, he began writing songs. His time in Europe during college heavily influenced his worldview and he began a journey of self as well as musical exploration that continues to this day.

Themes of perseverance, joy, and the celebration of life run throughout his lyrics.

Erik has been influenced by many different artists including, The Beatles, The Beach Boys, Radiohead, Bobby McFerrin, David Wilcox, Bob Dylan, U2, Foo Fighters, Prince, Miles Davis, Ron Sexsmith, and Joni Mitchell to name a few.

Five years ago, Erik embarked on a journey that would completely change his life.
He started compiling all the songs he had written up to that point and began writing new ones.
He finally chose 11 that he wanted to release and came up with his debut record, Inside Out.
Every song has a layer to it that was built over time and was crafted in such a way as to get a unique perspective into each song.

Inside Out is uplifting and melodic with strong choruses. It will get you on your feet to dance and touch you deeply. These songs inspire you to feel the love he has for life, Spirit, and the people he has lost and found in his life.

Whether playing solo acoustic or with his band, Erik’s music will take you on a journey.
