Bio
You don't have to be in Music City very long to feel a rush of electric, creative energy. Erin Aubrey is a fiery spark igniting the creative flames of Nashville's Indie music scene. Aubrey mixes enchanting melodies, sultry jazz chords, and captivating lyrics- resulting in a sound not unlike the imaginary best friend of Norah Jones, Billie Holliday, and Adele. She released her first album, "All These Ours" in fall of 2010 which has been highly acclaimed by critics and fans alike. Her live performances have been wetting the appetites of people across the nation, leaving them begging for a sophomore album.
She was highly honored to receive third place in the 2010 International Songwriting Competition for her song "Fallin So Fast," cowritten with Alex Post on their recent hip-hop project "Ace and Pearl."
"We all find out more about ourselves when one of us decides to reveal our soul to those around us. Erin's music does just that. Her writing dismisses any self-doubt, while her voice draws you to that place where the heart lives. She has effortlessly bridged the past to the present — and this only from her first project." -Ronnie Brookshire, Grammy Award Winning Producer, and Owner of Area 52 Productions
"It is a rare thing indeed to discover a young artist with such compelling songs and a unique voice to match...Erin Aubrey's music will wrestle with your black heart, and she will win the match." -Rick Elias, critically acclaimed songwriter.
