...Stockton producer Teak Underdue said Burrise's modesty and good nature will serve her well in the music industry. Teak and his brother Dee comprise Hallway Productionz, and they've worked with Ice Cube and Blackalicious.

Producers and industry professionals will find Burrise easy to work with, because she doesn't have a star's ego, Teak said..."

"A&R Review"

"I am feelin this one. The groove is well done. I like the female voice. The more fun you have with this one the better. We all want to have fun, even with the sad story. Lyrics are fun light and clean with a believable story. Work it Erin! Good project by the looks and sound of this one." - TAXI

Bio

From northern California hails today's HOTTEST up-and-comer Erin Jennae (pronounced ja-NAY). This young, multifaceted beauty, signed with independent record label Port City Records Inc., stepped onto the scene in bold fashion with her chart topping, club banger, "Bone Out" featuring bay area's own hyphy star Turf Talk. The smooth and sultry vocals over the funky, hypnotic beat (produced by Buggs, Port City) spread like wildfire the moment it was dropped, causing instant worldwide (Germany, UK, Australia, Haiti, Japan, Canada, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Spain, Croatia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Norway, Singapore, Taiwan, Sweden, Puerto Rico, Brazil, USA) club, radio and retail action in a major way, landing her a spot on the coveted Billboard R&B charts.

"Bone Out" (which in west coast slang means "to leave", "go" or "take off") was basically a family affair production. "Except for Turf Talk's rap," says Erin, "the entire song was written and produced by myself, my brother, and sister. My family is actually very involved in my entire project." Her family-owned record label, Port City Records Inc. (Bear, "Do or Die" 2006) ran by father, son & daughter Burrise Family team states, "Erin is a rare talent whose going to surprise those that think she's just another manufactured act with a cute face. Erin Jennae is no doubt the REAL DEAL."

At age 13, her musically inclined parents (father, J.D. Burrise, was lead singer of funk band "9th Creation") and Erin began to experiment with their home studio equipment (a computer, keyboard, and microphone). What resulted was Erin Jennae's first CD, "Have You Seen Me" (Rite Track Records, 2005), and a fire was lit inside the rising star. But due to very little promotion and experience behind it, her debut CD found only local success. On Erin's sophmore CD Erin says, "I'm very excited about this album! I'm not that young, naive 13 year-old anymore. Everything about me from my vocals, to my attitude, to my look has matured and my music reflects that. I've definitely stepped up my game. I'm also much more involved in the writing this time around, making what I sing about more me."

With songs ranging from the uptempo hip shaking dance songs "Bone Out" and "Video Chick", to the powerful and dazzling vocal performances on heartfelt ballads "Believe" and "Way I Feel" (Hallway Productionz, Ice Cube - 2006), Erin Jennae bring an eclectic mix of hip hop, soul, and sass. Her impressive vocal range is just as impressive as her range in talents from acting/modeling (Andrea - "Pimp My Ride Video Game" 2006) to athletics (trained Polynesian dancer and current high school record holder in high jump).

"My background and influences are all over the place and so I hope everyone will see that what I bring to the table is something unique, fresh, and fun. I've been very blessed with lots of support and love. I know that's what will carry me to the next level."
